You may return unworn apparel purchased at Gatorpassion.com within 30 days of the original delivery. We will issue a refund and reimburse for the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. You will receive a refund 4 to 6 weeks after receipt and processing of the returned item. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of $5.50. All previously worn apparel may not be returned. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

GATORZ WARRANTY POLICIES
Limited Warranty and Lifetime Rebuild Agreement.
Limited Warranty: Gatorz Aluminum Sunglasses will be warranted by Gatorz Eyewear to the original purchaser for one full year from the date of purchase against any defect in materials or workmanship. Gatorz will repair or replace, at their option, any pair of Gatorz Aluminum Sunglasses found to be defective. Gatorz Limited warranty program does not apply to damage caused by improper use, normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. Product must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. All repairs will generally be completed within 7-10 working days and then returned via UPS Ground. International Shipping may vary. A cost to cover shipping expenses will apply.
Lifetime Rebuild Agreement: This agreement applies to any Gatorz Aluminum Eyewear owner for the Lifetime of Your Sunglasses. After the first year of purchase, or for those who do not have a receipt within the first year of purchase (or have not sent in your Warranty Card supplied with your order), Gatorz will rebuild and precision tune each and every part of your Sunglasses to the Quality and standards that originally went into your Gatorz Aluminum Sunglasses. If for any reason they cannot repair your Sunglasses, Gatorz will replace them with a Brand New Pair At The Rebuild Cost. You will enjoy many years of the best quality Sunglasses on the market today. All repairs will generally be completed within 7-10 working days and then returned via UPS Ground. International Shipping may vary.

HOW TO SEND IN A WARRANTY CLAIM:
Pack your eyewear in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery. Gatorz Aluminum Eyewear will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please include the following information in your package:
- Your name, return address, and telephone number. - A brief description of the problem or services you are requesting. - Your credit card number with expiration date, or a Money order for: US- $57.00 / International- $67.00. - Limited Warranty Only: A copy of the original sales receipt or other form of payment dated within one year of purchase. (W/Shipping US- $8.00 / International- $18.00 )
